The location was fantastic, just a short walk from main attractions, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, my room felt small and the bathroom was dated, which could be improved for a better experience.

The smoked salmon at Elephant & Castle blew my mind—fresh, vibrant, and paired with some killer local brews. Plus, the comfy beds made for a fab sleep after a day of munching through the pavement at Shake Shack and Milk Street Cafe. The location is a walking foodie's dream, with everything you want just a hop away.
Tried to shower in the morning, but the water pressure was playing hard to get—at least 25 minutes of waiting for the hot stuff! At least I got clean, but my husband half-heartedly washed his hands with lukewarm dribbles, so that could use some work.

The hotel had a great location and excellent staff who were very accommodating. However, the room felt cramped with a poorly designed bathroom, and the shower head was too low. The mattress was uncomfortable, but the cleanliness and amenities, like the espresso machine, were impressive.

I loved the location of Club Quarters Hotel. It’s super walkable, just steps from Faneuil Hall. The room felt cozy and well-equipped. Having a mini fridge and coffee maker was a nice surprise. The staff really stood out. very friendly and helpful. They even assisted me with a last-minute request for flowers. The water stations on each floor were a great perk for staying hydrated. One downside was the bathroom. it felt a bit dated and cramped. The shower pressure wasn’t consistent either, making it hard to enjoy a good shower. Even though the lobby was warm and welcoming, I noticed seating could be better for casual hangouts. Overall, a nice stay, but some minor updates would enhance the experience.

missingWrote a review on Oct 19excellent locationcomplimentary waterkeurig machinedated bathroom
The hotel's location is a win, putting guests just a short stroll from Faneuil Hall and a myriad of dining options. Appreciate the Keurig machine and complimentary filtered water stations throughout the floors, making it easy to quench your thirst after exploring the city.
Given that the bathroom felt dated and cramped, it might leave you wishing for more space and modern fixtures. The $100 deposit upfront can feel a bit odd, and if you're sensitive to noise, you might catch the elevator's comings and goings at an inconvenient hour, disrupting your rest.

The location was excellent, offering easy access to many attractions like the Boston Public Garden and the New England Aquarium. The front desk staff were welcoming and made check-in smooth. The complimentary coffee available in the lobby was a nice perk. However, I found the room bland and lacking in decor, with some maintenance issues in the bathroom that could use attention.

The small queen room had a comfy bed, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a kitchenette with a microwave. Free coffee and tea were available, and I loved the strong shower pressure. The fitness center was a solid bonus for workouts. Great spot just a quick walk from Quincy Market, and the nearby pub had delicious breakfast options.
